Services & Projects

We're called Curated By for a reason. No templates, no packages. Every project is uniquely yours—built around how you want to feel and what you want your space to achieve. Our clients know how they want to feel. They just don't always know what that looks like yet. So we design spaces that flow naturally with how you live, and curate experiences where you're truly present with your guests. Everything is centered entirely around you.

Our Philosophy

We design how you live or wanting to live. Most design focuses on aesthetics—color palettes, statement pieces, Instagram moments. We focus on function first, beauty as a natural outcome.

Your house should be something people recognize because they've seen it before in your life—not because it matches a mood board. This only happens when you live intentionally. When every piece serves a purpose. When your space reflects who you actually are.

We don't create showrooms. We create homes where you relax, gather, and host naturally—because the space is designed to support exactly that.

Interior designers ask: How should this room look? We ask: How do you actually live here? When do you cook? Where do people naturally gather? What would make hosting feel effortless?

But deeper than that, we ask ourselves: How do we make this space sing? How do we make it soulful? How do we make this a space people want to be in?

Because the real opportunity—and responsibility—is clear: Give people joy. Create spaces, stories, and experiences that make connection feel effortless, uplifting, and memorable.

We ask how you actually live. When do you cook? Is it only on the weekends? How often do you use your formal living room? Do you have a place where you can relax?

We focus on design that makes it feel like home!

What We Curate

Hosting , Gathering & reading Nooks!

Our signature work focuses on making hosting and gathering intuitive. We also love creating nooks & snugs—intimate spaces that encourage people to converse, lounge, linger, unwind or simply connect with others.

A snug might be a corner space in a kitchen where usual friends converse over a coffee or kitchen bar seating where people naturally congregate while you cook over a cocktail. Or maybe A reading nook that invites you to pause during a busy day. A secret bar ready for entertaining on a weekday or simply for you to open and decompress after a long day. Or a dining area that feels like an extension of the kitchen so it's used regularly, not separate and formal and never touched.

These are the space dilemmas our clients come to us with. And we solve them with integrity! We curate layouts that make hosting seamless and natural. It's our number one request.

The Process

Here's What's Different..

We have real chat. How do you want to feel in this space? When do you cook? Who do you host? What does your ideal day look like here?

Curate spaces around your life, not trends. Functional layouts. Intentional pieces. Systems that make hosting easier. This isn't interior design—it's about supporting how you actually want to live.

Source on off ceramics, lighting, and furniture to match your personality and story. Finding the most interesting servingware to make gathering feel amazing. Every piece is chosen because it works and it's beautiful. Everything is designed to make your hosting easy.

Here's what we won't do: We won't design a statement armchair with a side table that's rarely used but looks pretty. We won't hang a huge chandelier above your dining table for the one dinner party a year. That's not design—that's waste. Furniture is built around purpose, not Instagram. Every piece earns its place because you actually use it. Because it supports how you want to live, not how you think you should perform. Your space becomes becomes part of the life you want to live—intentionally.

Our Projects

This year we've worked with 10 clients across 16 projects. Our clients are fiercely private—they're not looking to showcase their homes on social media. They simply want spaces that fulfill their needs and enrich everyday life.

We work on properties of all shapes and sizes around the world. From city penthouses to country barns, intimate apartments to sprawling estates—the size doesn't matter. What matters is how you use it.

If you have a space issue, an underused property, or a project brewing, let's talk. We'd love to hear what you're facing and discuss how we can create an intentional space where you live and enjoy fully.

Our Clients

We work with clients who already understand design but may not know how to maximize their space to support the lives they want to lead. Most people focus on how it looks, but our clients come thinking: "Now what? How do I actually live in this space? How do I do the things I want to do?" And more importantly—how can I gather and host more?

That's the number one reason people contact me, and it's where I naturally excel. With over a decade of experience in private dining, I understand not just how spaces should flow, but how they need to work when you're actually hosting, entertaining, and bringing people together.

Our clients & projects span London, Norfolk, and beyond—from Scotland and Somerset to the Cotswolds, Devon, and even internationally to Australia. We work with people who live between the city and countryside retreats, those relocating, retiring, or resetting their lives entirely—all seeking spaces that support more books, more art, more conversation, and more connection.

Our Testimonials

Don't Take Our Word For It

From our first client with a large penthouse kitchen overlooking Hyde Park that looked stunning but didn't work—to the gentleman who wanted a hidden bar with a coffee station incorporated into his cosy Central London mezzanine apartment—to couples in North Norfolk who wanted a country retreat that was functional and a genuine place to gather and host, not a typical unused second home.

We've completed projects across London, Norfolk, and beyond—homes where families now actually gather, kitchens that finally work, dining spaces that invite entertaining. Clients call months later saying: "We're using our space completely differently. We're hosting more. We're relaxing more. Our home finally feels like ours."

That's what success looks like. Not a beautiful photo. Not a magazine feature. A space you actually live in, fully. It's heartwarming to see how understanding these spaces helps our clients truly thrive in their homes.

Our work travels purely by referral. Since Curated by Saima is the offshoot of The Hampstead Kitchen. Thats were all our dining & designing our testimonials live there in one place!
